Shipping Policy

The brands listed on the Infinique Mall website deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. However, certain brands may not deliver to every location. Please check the delivery locations before placing the order. The brands listed on the website have tied-up with a reliable logistics partner to ensure the delivery of non-perishable items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it is beyond our control.

Shipping Time

  • As most of the products are made to order, we allow Sellers to decide the lead time. This time is indicated alongside each product and is  also reflected in the checkout page. Typically, the lead time is 2-4 days.
  • Shipments take place on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or has been damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the product and  immediately contact us immediately at customercare@infiniquemall.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure the Seller   sends you a replacement at the earliest.

Shipment Delay

In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, the Seller can either resend the order (if the product(s)    is/are still in stock), or issue a credit note, or reimburse the amount in full.
