Teriyaki Veggie Pancake
Ingredient Needed
2 tbsp Bechef Teriyaki Sauce, 3 nos Eggs, 80 g All Purpose Flour, 1/2 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp Black Pepper, 120 g Finely Shredded Cabbage, 1 Grated Small Carrot, 1 Small Bowl Grated Sping Onions, 1 tbsp Oil, Sesame Seeds for Topping.
Recipe
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add plain flour to whisk. Add ginger paste, black pepper, cabbage, carrots and spring onions. Mix well to combine. Heat oil in a flat pan, and add the 1/4 of the batter, cook nicely on one side and flip, cook some more. Take it out on a plate and top 2 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and some chopped spring onions.
