Preparation Methodology for Chapatis/Rotis: Add 700 mL-750 mL of water and 2 tablespoon of oil (optional) to 1 kg Normalife, knead to prepare dough, make balls of approximately 45g-50 g. Press dough and cook on tava.

Preparation Methodology for Poori: Prepare Normalife balls Press and deep fry.

Preparation Methodology for Porridge: Boil 1 glass of water, add 2 tablespoon Normalife and stir. Add salt or jaggery to taste.

Preparation Methodology for Dosa: Add 1 part of Normalife flour to 2 parts of any Dosa batter, mix well, add water to balance. Prepare Dosas in the usual way.
